In case of an intervention, you will not have to pay any amount relating to the “fixed call fee”. The fixed call fee and labor are free on weekdays and during service hours. The official assistance center may require payment of the fixed call and labor fee in the event of pre-holiday, public holiday or outside service hours, if the free of charge in these cases is not expressly provided in the stipulated maintenance contract.
You will not be charged for any labor costs.
In case of need, the replacement of a damaged component (according to the provisions of the conventional warranty) will take place with original and guaranteed spare parts without any additional expense.

The Warmhaus warranty includes the costs of spare parts, labor costs and any travel expenses for the maintenance technician for a period of two years, for the consumer, and for a period of one year, for professionals.
In other words, you won’t have to incur any costs to get your Warmhaus product working perfectly.
The product warranty can be extended to 5 years to the final consumer with advantageous conditions by signing a scheduled maintenance contract with a CAT or the TEAM EXCLUSIVE.
Our CATs or the TEAM EXCLUSIVE are formed by qualified professionists, whom according to the law are instructed directly by Warmhaus on products, technical standards, safety standards and they are only allowed to use original spare parts.

Warmhaus recommends periodic annual maintenance of the product. In this way, maximum performance is achieved with simple and economical cleaning and control operations.
Book periodic maintenance with the CAT or TEAM EXCLUSIVE: you will be sure to get a best quality service when you need it. The guarantee does not include cleaning of the product, ordinary maintenance operations or those required by law.
